Steep Into a tea

Steep chamomile flowers into a tea for 3-5 minutes.

Serve in a bowl

Serve crunchy flowers in a separate bowl

Add to bird chop

Stir 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon into your birds daily chop

My bird is so picky but he actually liked this. I am hoping this will help his anxiety and the constant screaming when he cant see me. I"ve tried several things with no luck so hopefully this will be the answer.
