All users of BirdSupplies.com website agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Return Policy
Conscientious bird owners do not want to receive goods that have been exposed to other birds and that may potentially carry disease. You can trust that any item you receive from BirdSupplies.com has not been exposed to birds and will be safe and sanitary. Please note the exclusions below.
- We do not accept items for return that have been damaged by pets.
- Clearance Items: Sorry, we are unable to accept returns on items purchased from our Clearance Department. All sales are final.
- Cloth and Natural Fiber Items:Sorry, this are not returnable since they are impossible to disinfect. You can trust that when you buy a harness, cloth or fiber toy, cage apron or other fiber items from BirdSupplies.com that your bird will not become infected with a contagious disease.
- Bird Stands: Most of our bird stands are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Please email us with your order number and a description of the problem and we will make sure that the problem gets corrected.
The returned item must meet the following qualifications:
- Merchandise must be unopened with original packaging in tact.
- Merchandise must be received at our location within 14 days of delivery.
- Shipping Charges: We do not refund outgoing shipping and handling charges. You'll need to pay for return shipping also.
Damaged Items , Wrong or Missing Items
Damages: We will file a claim with our shipping company and send a replacement as soon as we obtain a claim approval number, usually within 48-72 hours. If you require immediate replacement, we will charge your credit card for the second shipment and offer a refund once our shipping company has made a determination regarding the first shipment.
Incorrect Shipments: We will ship the correct order with a return label. You will be charged at the time the second order is sent and reimbursed once the return or incorrect item is received at our location.
Shipping Charges: If the problem is an error on the part of BirdSupplies.com or our shipping company, we will pay for return shipping charges.
Return Policy
No need for calls or emails. Simply print this page and ship your return! BirdSupplies.com wants you to be satisfied with your parrot supplies purchase. If you are not satisfied with your bird supplies, we accept most items returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are only refunded if we made an error on your order or you receive faulty product.
A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on any item that is returned that is not damaged, defective, broken, etc. We do not charge a restocking fee if we sent the bird supplies that were ordered. Any item(s) returned that are non-defective or broken and that were purchased with free shipping will have the original shipping (that would have been charged) deducted from the refunded amount.
NOTE THAT Opened bird supplies including Bird Stands, Hanging Bird Gyms, Cloth Bird Carriers, Bird Harnesses,Bird Food and ANYTHING that has come into contact with birds are NOT returnable and NOT eligible for a refund. Please contact us via email with any questions prior to purchase. This policy is strict, but it is designed to protect the health and safety of all our customers parrots...and ours too! Expedited shipments: This method refers to time in transit from pickup to delivery, excluding weekends & holidays, Every effort is made to ship same day for orders received by noon CST. No warranty is given or implied that orders will be processed on date of receipt nor that shipping costs are exact. NOTE: Large orders, over-sized shipments and / or orders that are drop shipped will incur additional shipping charges.
