One of the most important bird cage accessories we've found are bird cage liners.  Why? Bird cage liners protect your bird cage tray from bird poop acid that literally eats through bird cage paint and bird cage trays.  We prefer to stack bird cage liners so that the moisture of bird poop never reaches the bird cage tray surface. 

More than that.  If you've had a pet bird for more than a week, well you get how messy the bird cage gets.  It's not just the bird poop, it's bird food pellet crumbles, bird seed hulls, feather dust, bird toy parts, bird feather shaft debris.  Who knew!  Birds, as endearing as they are - their filthy!!!
