Chirp n Squawk Bird Supplies Return Policy Conscientious bird owners do not want to receive goods that have been exposed to other birds and that may potentially carry disease. You can trust that when you order bird supplies from Chirp n Squawk Bird Supplies they have not been exposed to parrots. Our bird supplies are safe and sanitary. For this reason, Chirp n Squawk Bird Supplies has some exclusions on returns. Please note the exclusions below.
The returned bird supply must meet the following qualifications:
Damaged Items , Wrong or Missing Items

Damages: We will file a claim with our shipping company and send a replacement as soon as we obtain a claim approval number, usually within 48-72 hours. If you require immediate replacement, we will charge your credit card for the second shipment and offer a refund once our shipping company has made a determination regarding the first shipment.
Incorrect Shipments: We will ship the correct order with a return label. You will be charged at the time the second order is sent and reimbursed once the return or incorrect item is received at our location.
Shipping Charges: If the problem is an error on the part of Chirp n Squawk Bird Supplies or our shipping company, we will pay for return shipping charges.

In the event that you need to return any bird supplies, please do so within 14 days of receipt. We're happy to exchange, provide credit toward a future purchase or credit your credit card if returned within this time frame. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. No returns are accepted without one. This number must be on the outside of the box. After 14 days of receipt, all sales are final. Sorry, we do not provide refunds or credits for shipping and handling charges. We ask that merchandise be returned in its original condition with packaging in tact. We are not responsible for pet damage.
All sales of cloth items, DVD's, CD's, bird stands and clearance items are final. Credits to credit cards takes approximately 14 days to process from the time the return is received. We reserve the right to charge 15% restocking fee.
Please return merchandise via prepaid, insured UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for picking up items at the Post Office.
