AVIx Sunshine Factor is 100% certified organic dende oil, an essential fatty acid for parrots. AVIx Sunshine Factor is for use in birds with dry flaky skin, balding feet, lack of sheen and proper color in feathers, especially older birds.

Indications: This fatty acid supplement comes from a miniature palm tree, which is a natural food source for African Greys in the wild.

AVIx Sunshine Factor can be used on birds on either seed or formulated diets. Mix AVIx Sunshine Factor with food as per directions on bottle.

Features
Sunshine Factor is semisolid at room temperature. To liquefy, float bottle in warm water (80°F/27°C) for a few minutes.
• Mix 1 tsp (5 ml) liquefied Sunshine Factor with 1 lb (455 g) of the animal’s consumable food in a bowl and then return to original bag for storage; feed normally.
• Alternatively, administer orally 0.02-0.06 ml per 100 grams of the animal’s body weight daily (see table for sample dosage amounts on reverse side).
